那我們來試試 你丟 我接 我們一起抓

he said to hold tofu in your hands is difficult
she said to hold tofu in your hands is easy
so let us try   you throw   i catch    we hold together

at the live participatory performance held in my working studio as the end of my month-long residency
i projected a video of the long tofu-making process over text that i write with chalk on the wall about the relationships between time and tofu and myself then invited the audience to photograph the event with a film camera i provide and to throw the tofu that i made over the month from scratch (from soybeans) at me while i attempted to catch them a metaphor for attempting to catch time
